DANNY FAST's personal creative endeavours

AND here’s the set I performed at the PERCEPTIONISTS show.

Pure Imagination, Hallelujah, and Dancing in the Street covers.

Sweet Bile O’ Mine - a video by Danny Fast

I re-created the sound for the music video “Sweet Child o’ Mine” by Guns N Roses. Hilarity ensued.

HOORAY! Finished making the 10 covers for the DVDs in my upcoming Perceptionists show!

And look at the back!

Completed my DVD cover.
Oh yeah, did I mention I’m releasing a DVD?

So you know how analyzing something you truly love ruins it completely?

That’s what I decided to do for my independent project.

I took an episode of Arrested Development and analyzed the comedic, plot, and character devices until it was no longer funny. It’s called Comedy Unraveled and comes in three 14-minute installments, totaling 42 minutes.

It’s really not funny at all. But that’s not the point.

Part 2 Part 3

I’ll be putting together some DVDs of me singing stuff in the future. Why? Because I can.

An animation I created about a man searching for motivation in his life.

Me practising “Hallelujah”.

I think I might do this as a performance piece once I get it down well enough. Plus some other fun songs too ;)

We had an assignment in our video art class where we had to cut up and mix all sorts media taken from VHS tapes. I actually quite enjoyed mixing the sound, which was done completely separate from the video.

This is the result.

So I built this green screen at my studio and it doesn’t even frigging work. My dark green wall in my bedroom works better than it…. sucks, bro.
