DANNY FAST's personal creative endeavours

So I’ve been doing a lot more of these lately. Here’s a video of me singing Eric Idle’s/Monty Python’s “Always Look On The Bright Side Of Life”.

The Funniest Picture For 0-18 Year Olds, Danny Fast, 2012, Photoshop.
About a month ago I started a project dealing with humour. I asked people to fill out a survey pertaining to what they find to be the funniest “things”, ie. types of humour, locations, people, actions, animals, etc. I divided the survey up into three age categories: 0-18, 19-33, and 34+.
This picture is the culminating answers given for the 0-18 age group.
People age 0-18 find the following to be the most funny:
Humour: Wordplay, Memes, Social Humour
People: Dumb People, Students, Fat Men, Asians
Places: High School Cafeteria, Washroom
Things: Sex Toys, Alcohol, Feminine Hygiene Products, Birthday Cakes, Tu-Tus
Animals: Talking Animals, Any Animal in Human Clothing, Cats, Monkeys
Actions: Laughing, Drinking/Doing Drugs, Summoning

Sweet Bile O’ Mine - a video by Danny Fast

I re-created the sound for the music video “Sweet Child o’ Mine” by Guns N Roses. Hilarity ensued.

I want to be a part of this!

So you know how analyzing something you truly love ruins it completely?

That’s what I decided to do for my independent project.

I took an episode of Arrested Development and analyzed the comedic, plot, and character devices until it was no longer funny. It’s called Comedy Unraveled and comes in three 14-minute installments, totaling 42 minutes.

It’s really not funny at all. But that’s not the point.

Part 2 Part 3

Here’s a mock-up of a video series I’m starting called “Comedy Unraveled”, where I analyze TV show scenes to death and by doing so, ruin all the jokes.
